No customer service at all. Do not book with this hotel. They don’t care about anything but getting their $$$. I had to cancel my room due to flight cancellation for flooding at the LGA airport. The gentleman that answered the phone said too late it’s not within the 24 hr window you have been charged. I told him I would be coming in the next day, as soon as flights could get in, so I just wanted to move it to the next day. What an incredible group to work with, beautiful venue, and amazing culinary team!! For the second year in a row, we held a wine bean, chickpea, and lentil wine pairing event at The Dalcy. Their team is so friendly and responsive. Tricia was our main contact for this event, and she was wonderful. The culinary team really impressed us and all of our guests with the dishes they created.
