Usually something minor Broken but the room is great and the veiws are great
Room was a bit small, but nice, and clean. Check in at the condo office was inconvenient, as it is on the other end of the resort. There is no one at the Dakota building for assistance. The location in relation to the mountain is great. The price was decent considering the location.
Worst customer service. Check in was supposed to be at 4, but wasn’t ready. I tried asking for a discount or late check out for the inconvenience, but all they offered was a bottle of wine. Had to drive back to reception which is at a different location to get keys for a different lodge location. Tried to cancel through both Expedia and their customer service, but neither would refund us. Just got into the room at 6P. Called our credit card company and they said we could dispute the charges, which we will be doing.
It's definitely 3 stars, it's a pretty old place. The thing that drives me insane. They keep it at 72°-80° it's a ski resort. Why? I can't even get my gear on inside without sweating my balls off. Walking through the halls is literally hell. If they didn't have it so hot, they wouldn't be spending so much on the heat bill, and in that turn, it would make it so much cheaper.
