The Dairy is just delightful. It has everything you need and it's rustic vibe makes you feel right at home. It's in a lovely location in Castlemaine - a walk away from the main shops, and opposite a gorgeous cafe called Doveton.
We stayed 3 nights at “The Dairy” it’s nice and close to most places so we could leave the car and walk. Lovely little Airbnb with a very comfy kingsize bed.
A lovely place to stay. It was a dairy and there’s twenty plus ‘cows’ 🐄 still around inside 😄. Count them! Comfy sofa and bed. Be careful of the steps to the entrance and the low step into the bedroom. And the slightly uneven floor to the bathroom. It’s an old building so it’s part of the experience. Close to town down the hill. Try the footpath on the other side of Hargreaves Street. It’s paved. One of the few paved footpaths in Castlemaine.
Beautiful accomodation, lovely spot, so close to town, friendly accomodating host, great information, so much to see and do in gorgeous Castlemaine, loved it all, thanks we’ll be back !
