Ana is so awesome and so gentle and understanding . She makes me feel comfortable and does an awesome job. She's a lot better than my old electrologist, and you can see results real quick. Ana sets appointments incorrectly, even. She also texted at me at 6:35 in the morning. She also lacks organization and accountability. edit: I am really confident that I didn't no show more than 3 times to an appointment with Ana. To my recollection, it was 0-1 times. And I lean strongly towards 0. For some reason, it's been difficult to access gender-affirming care. I don't believe Ana hardly ever purposely says misinformation. But she does do that. Ana is awesome! I've been going to her just a few months for electrolysis and the results are great! She's patient and shares her vast knowledge so that you understand the proceedures. 100% recommend going to her if you're looking to reduce your body hair.

Ana is the best in her field. Professional, caring and hardworking. She makes her best effort to accommodate different schedules and she makes the experience an enjoyable time even with the pain.
