The Dailey Method Barre and Cycle Studio is truly unique. A practice that you can build on year after year, while always being surprised (still after 5 years!) by new moves. Raquel and the Team bring their knowledge and passion daily which in turn stokes your passion for this style of workout while seeing great results. Its addicting and challenging at the same time! The best workout Iâve ever had. Iâve been a member for over 3 years and have never felt better. Iâm constantly challenged, yet always feel at ease, in this lovely studio full of wonderful women.
This workout is nothing I've ever done before and I always leave feeling amazing. The support from the instructors, the incredible woman who never judge, the variety of classes is what keeps me coming and looking forward to the next one or day. I've been a runner all my life and tried the gym but this is the best! Thank you!
I feel very comfortable walking into an environment that can be intimidating . The classes are fantastic I am seeing and recognizing the benefits of being consistent .
