I hardly ever write reviews, but I've been attending classes at the Dailey Method - Bend for a couple months now. All the instructors are amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging...They pay close attention to form so you work all the right muscles and decrease any risk of injury. Angela always has such amazing energy.
