I wish I had read Yelps reviews before paying a retainer. I sent an email on 11/20 and have not heard back from the attorney since 12/20. They did not respond to my email in 4 weeks (and counting). I don't know if I have an attorney working on my behalf or if I have been scammed out of my retainer. As a senior, it is hard to recoup lost/scammed money. Do not hire them. Period. They will nickel and dime you, for literally everything. I actually LOST time with my children by listening to them. They actually don’t know your case well, will ask you the same questions ad nauseam, and charge you for 10 minute calls, as if they were 3 hour calls. If your choice is to hire the Dadvocates or go it alone-you’d be better off researching on YouTube, and repping yourself. Stay away. These 5 Star reviews on here are not real.
