I can’t speak on behalf of Danielle but i worked with Gio on purchasing a home and it was a terrible mistake. I did buy in 2021 during a very tough market, but everything Gio did was in the service of selling me a home at the most I’d pay. Start to finish I trusted and took his advice, considering that’s what I felt I was paying him for.
