Brenndan DaSilva and his team tried to con me into buying a property at a higher price by telling me the seller was filing for bankruptcy and other lies. This was not a smooth experience. As a first time seller I was not informed of a lot. At first I thought my realtor was not very experienced, but when I asked questions, he knew answers. I was more in communication with their attorney than with realtor. A day before closing realtor actually called me asking me if I had the CO.
