If I could I would give this give business a zero. Back in March of this year my sisters and I used this venue for my dad repass. I paid a refundable deposit of $150. A week after the repass I had not received my refund for the deposit. I sent a follow up email and they stated refunds are only processed on Friday. A couple weeks passed by and they still didn’t issue my refund. I even sent follow up emails and still no response. I am truly sorry to have to share this feedback, and it pains me to do so, but if it were possible to assign zero stars, I would have. Unfortunately, that option was not available. I will not be returning as a customer, nor will I be recommending this venue to others. My experience was far from satisfactory, and there is too much to detail within this form.

They do not refund back deposit takes advantage of people while they are grieving their loss love one. They have given us the run around and our dad repays was in March and it now June and still no return of the deposit and we left the place clean did not leave a mess. They are unprofessional and the owner acts like we are bother her.
