I reviewed this studio 5 years ago and my review remains the same if not stronger. The Green Mountain community is so lucky to have this studio in the neighborhood. The Cycling Yogi is a hidden gem in Green Mountain, Lakewood. I have been going to this studio for about 8 years and not sure what I would do without it. I've been here for about 5 months now, the longest I've stayed at a boutique gym. There's a variety of classes, knowledgeable and encouraging instructors that keep me coming back! It's a comfortable place to work out, where I don't feel judged. Love it!
TCY is the "Cheers" of yoga studios. It's intimate, with great employees, and lots of regulars who genuinely support one-another. You come because you enjoy the workout, and stay because you love the people.
