What a wonderful gym! Great instructors, lots of classes, all athletic levels, very welcoming and friendly! Love the cold lavender towels after the work outs too!
I had such an amazing time at the Cycling yogi this past weekend. My dance team and I had a sponsored workout with Ashley and she was amazing. It was my first time taking a cycling class and it was so fun! I 10/10 recommend!!
Ashley from the Cycling Yogi was amazing! She led me and the MSU Denver Dance team through a great workout, with weights, cycling, and yoga. My girls and I felt so good after the workout and will definitely be coming back. 10/10 recommend this place for a beginning or returning cyclist.
