Working with Michael and team was the best experience I could have asked for. I got run over by a car while avoiding a pothole, and suffered some severe injuries. Thoroughly recommend. Took on my case (I ended up with a wrist held together with metal after a negligent bike service) when a number of firms had said it was too complicated. Found and paid excellent experts (surgeon and engineer) to provide the necessary info for the claim. Were upfront about a 20% success fee. Most importantly for me, and unlike a number of other firms I approached, they understand what cycling in London is like and how bikes work. After a car pulling out in front of me, I have received some lasting injuries. A friend of mine had used The Cycling Solicitors twice; once for a broken leg and once for a chipped tooth, receiving compensation both times. My bike was changed up and a van ran into it, almost destroying it! Cycling Solicitors were really helpful, they gave me good advice and I didn’t have to do anything other than get my bike repaired. They got the money for the bike repair and a little bit more for the time my bike was off the road. The payment was really fast. They made something that could have been really difficult to manage much easier for me. A great service all round.
