Very fast and courteous repair service. Effy repairs more than bicycles he repaired the brakes on my Drive and Dolomite walkers.
I've known Effy going back a few years to his Brooklyn days, since then I've only had a few opportunities to do business with him, but the few times that I did were absolutely great. He's honest, professional and very knowledgeable, but most importantly; his customer service goes way beyond the norm and is very much appreciated.
