Been to numerous bike shops looking to upgrade my current humvee bike (heavy) because I'm getting serious in my rides and I need serious advice. Only Steve of The Cyclery Bike Shop provided that service. I'm glad that I drove 33 miles, I got the right bike at the right price. Two thumbs up for this place!

Staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable! Got more help in this store than I ever have before anywhere else. Did well comparing technical specs about the bikes I was interested in, and gave incredible back to school college deals. Definitely looking forward to doing business with them again!
The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I went in for parts or service I was treated with respect and they never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. It was time for me to buy a new mountain bike, so I wanted to buy it from here because they always put the customer first. Steve is a class act. He helped me out and had patience to answer all my questions. He did a great job explaining all the "technical" stuff so I could understand. I'm definitely a life long customer. Thanks!
