To start, I don't typically leave reviews. HOWEVER, bike shops these day are too bright (referring to lighting) and makes some folks such as myself can't relax feeling like you're in a hospital bed. FYI I'm not a boomer. As soon as you walk in, it's like stepping into a local, warm, chill, bike shop in the late 90s early Y2K. The employees, spotless in professionalism, steeped in experience. Great customer service from Jason. Super patient and helpful, as well as accommodating for a test ride. Highly recommended bike shop!
Andy did my fitting and the experience was fantastic. Friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ll be using Cycle Works for all my cycling needs from here on out.
