Fun, upbeat classes set in a small strip mall in Mukilteo. They have fun challenges to keep you invested and class sizes are reasonable. I also appreciated the option to borrow shoes or bring your own. Excited to try the new barre classes!
No other place to work out, have fun and have a team behind you cheering you all the way! Even on the days or months you've gone missing! If you are thinking on starting you must take one of Dar's classes, he is my fave!
Started going here a year ago.. fast forward 6 months later and became an instructor and have been for 6 months! I love this community and family that this place is. Great workout, great music and great instructors!
