Really disappointing, my partner went here on July 4th 2023 and asked for a real simple blended/layered cut and no effort or thought was put into it, 1 referral photo that was completely ignored and is no where near the picture whatsoever. Took 10 minutes to badly shave the side/top of the ear in a 7cmx4cm patch, it looks extremely random and makes no sense. Doesn’t even blend out or down the side. Went there to get a blended cut and the lady literally blunt cut it and rushed me through and literally did the worst cut iv ever had. Had no idea what blending or can't refer to a picture do not get your hair cut here

Been here a few times, and the last two times very disappointed. Ask for my foils two blonde one dark. No one to one now my hair is very dark. My hair is just below my shoulder and was charged for long hair. Was not told toner was extra each time. The old staff have left, who always done a wonderful job. So be careful you don’t get what you ask for. And extra is added at the till
