Natasha was excellent. She took the time to discuss my needs/wants, to look at my hair before beginning (something I look for in a first visit to a salon, but doesn't always happen!) and provide expert advice. Everything from the wash, Kerasilk experience, cut, blowdry and styling, and product advice was the best I've had in Ottawa.
Best haircut I've had in a while. Natascha is very attentive and guessed (correctly) so many elements of what I like and need.
