Had a great experience today at the Cutting Shack! I booked the Cut & Blowout + The Revitalizer. They were very accommodating and moved my appointment from 10:30 to 10:00 when I asked if I could come earlier. Moreover, my stylist Jessica did a wonderful job and was so nice to talk to. She truly listened to my hair concerns when deciding on a treatment, choosing what was best based on my needs and what she noticed while washing my hair. Had my firs5 appointment with Jessica a month ago. Had the best experience!! I had left my phone in my car, but just with my description she understood what I wanted and delivered ! I've getting compliments about my hair every week since, if not every day !
I got a layered haircut from Natacha today and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She matched the exact aesthetic and inspo I was going for, didn’t cut too much hair and kept the length exactly how I said, and my hair has SO much volume and dimension now. Answered all my ( way too many) hair styling questions too! I’m SO happy with how light and healthy my hair looks and feels and would absolutely recommend her. The staff is very kind and they REALLY listen and give you what you’re looking for . 10/10 will be back! - Famia
I had Jessica as my stylist and she did a wonderful job. She asked all the right questions before beginning to make sure we were on the same page, and she was just super nice all together. I’m so so happy with my new cut and will definitely be coming back in the future! The salon is also such a nice environment :).
