i have 20 out of 20 punches on The Cutting Room & Annex . Beauty customer card for "frequent flyers. Every &10.00 spend equals 1 punch. "After 20 punches you'll receive -25% OFF your next Entire purchase. I was told taking NO Apts., NOT honoring this fully punched card for -25%. Said semi retiring. Phone message states only open Wed. -Fri. I called just e 9 am on Thursday 11/6/2025. Good luck!

Great place, service & people. They're always willing to go the extra step to help you out when needed.
My husband stop in to make an appointment for a haircut yesterday. The woman there at the salon fixing her own dark shoulder length hair told him there were no appointments available. My husband asked for anything the next week. The woman rudely states no apps then either. Other posts let you know the salon owners are rude to non clients when someone is just asking for a simple haircut.
