"I had a great first experience with Kathy! Booking was so easy—I couldn't believe a real person actually answered the phone. I found out later that Kathy is actually the owner, which explains why she is so on the ball. She truly went above and beyond by staying late to make sure I was taken care of. I hadn't had a haircut since December and really needed help after a bad glaze experience elsewhere.
