Unfortunately this was a really bad experience for me. I did not receive at all what I was wanting. My hair is SO much shorter than what I would’ve asked for, considering I work at a job I NEED my hair up and can no longer do so. Also.. I dislike layers on me. I have known that and reiterated I only wanted face framing but in one ear and out the other. The layers I didn’t even ask for, are not blended, and very scattered. Sybil does great work! She's a true expert on color and finding THE color you want! She will also let you know if something will damage or not work in your hair. She's also fantastic with both my 4 year old's and my curly hair.
