I absolutely recommend the cutting company, you can't beat the price and the customer service. It was my first time there and I saw Kelly and I will 100% be going back. She listened to me and realistically worked through my concerns (I have always been a blonde and wanted to know the process if I decided that I wanted to go back- it was a big change for me).
