Thus food was out of this world! Everything was delicious and the server was incredible! The owner sat and had a chat with us. Great guy! I'd spend every day of the week here if I lived here.

My husband and I were on our way to the Colorado State Fair and trying to figure out what we could grab for vegan food. We found The Cutting Board on Google, gave them a quick call to make sure they were open, and headed over. The second we walked in, we loved the vibe! The owner/chef, Chad Hankins, welcomed us in and was so friendly. We were in a bit of a hurry because we didn’t want to be late to the fair, so we ordered the breakfast burger, a solo pancake, and a side of potatoes to go.
