Exceptional communication skills, friendly positive atmosphere, and extremely child friendly. Walked in and made an appointment for a future date. Spoke to the front desk and shared what I wanted for my son a taper line up. Asked her if they can do that. She confirmed yes. Came in and told the stylist what I wanted a taper line up. She did not reject it. My son was moving alot and did not want his hair cut. She had a clipper set and has been doing this job for over 20 years.
