I walked into The Cut Factory expecting a fair and professional experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I was greeted by a barber who allowed another customer—who didn’t have an appointment—to go ahead of me, despite me arriving first and waiting patiently. Respect for customers’ time is a basic expectation in any service business, and this experience left me feeling overlooked and unappreciated. I hope the shop takes steps to improve how walk-ins and order of service are handled in the future.
