I came in for the first time today as a walk-in to get my beard and eyebrows done for a wedding and was attended by Raphael. While he was polite, the service itself was disappointing. Hair around my mustache was missed, and I ended up with several cuts (pictured). No moisturizer or post-shave product was applied afterward. My eyebrows were also left uneven, particularly in the middle. I ultimately had to go home and fix everything myself.
