I had a great experience with John! My hair turned out fantastic, I couldn’t be happier! He was also so personable and easy to talk to, I am excited to go back!
I had a fantastic experience with Anna . She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions based on my hair type. She took her time and was very patient with my hair.
Called to book an appointment, was put on hold for over 4 mins. Hung up decided to call the next day. Put on hold once again, this time for over 10 minutes until I hung up. Called right back, asked the receptionist why I was on hold for that length of time. No answer no apologies. She proceeded to ask me if I wanted to book an appointment to which I said no longer. Very poor customer service at the front desk. I will never go here again.
