I had a fantastic experience with Anna . She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions based on my hair type. She took her time and was very patient with my hair.

Called to book an appointment, was put on hold for over 4 mins. Hung up decided to call the next day. Put on hold once again, this time for over 10 minutes until I hung up. Called right back, asked the receptionist why I was on hold for that length of time. No answer no apologies. She proceeded to ask me if I wanted to book an appointment to which I said no longer. Very poor customer service at the front desk. I will never go here again.

Sara at The Cut Above, now called Trade Secrets, has been cutting and styling my hair for several years now, and I always get great service and amazing results. Her instincts are excellent and I always get a cut and style that suits my face shape and grows out really nicely. I highly recommend asking for her when booking an appointment there. The new location of the salon is modern and bright, and the space feels welcoming. They carry quality lines of hair care products and often run specials on them.

Sheri at The Cut Above Cloverdale is the one and only stylist I’ve ever returned to! She did a beautiful balayage job for me last year and took it to the next level again this year. She even stayed late to make sure I got the results I wanted! She’s a visionary and she takes the time to share great hair care tips, too. I highly recommend her!
