Very disappointing experience. I asked for a specific hair color and the result turned out yellow/orange instead of what was expected. The service did not match the pricing or the level of expertise that was advertised. Unfortunately, it felt more like an apprentice level result rather than experienced work. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I showed Nicolette an inspo pic off her IG, she listened to what I was looking for, and she absolutely delivered! My hair looks healthy and she was a pleasure :)
