I've been working out for a solid 10 years in various programs, group classes, personal trainers ( in personas well as online "guided" plans ) and when I tell you NONE of them were as fun as working out with Coco, that is an understatement. I was introduced to Coco through a mutual friend and I liked that she scheduled a consultation to go overt my goals to loose weight and get into shape. I was able to loose 35 lbs, plus lowered my body mass. I loved my results! Through following my personal plan of changing how and what I along with incorporating free weights and resistance training and her positive reinforcement I reached my goal we set! Coco made working out fun. I highly recommend Coco and Custom Fitness!
