Requires appointment for deliveries and only have scheduled times between 11am and 2pm and will deliver at the side of the street.
I would strongly advise avoiding this company. They repeatedly postponed the delivery. I hired people and spent an entire day waiting. It was extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone, and even after I finally got through, the communication remained poor. They promised to call one day before delivery but never did. Very unprofessional company. I would not recommend The Custom Companies.They failed to properly handle an oversized delivery and wasted our time multiple times. We arranged employees to be on site based on their promised delivery times, but they repeatedly failed to follow through. The worst part was dealing with manager Robert Barbosa.
