Having a hard time summing up the saga that was my experience. I got a "chicken pesto panini" without chicken or pesto served on a paper plate. I found out after showing up for my "reservation" that the whole kitchen was undergoing renovation and there was only a small selection of cold food and "paninis" available. I wish I'd given up then and ordered Uber eats or something
Here for a conference and stopped by the lobby bar for a few drinks--our server Erica was so lovely, warm, and kind! Honestly stayed for a few more drinks because of her!
Staff was friendly and tentative. The food.... Paid $20 for the breakfast Buffett. Hash browns were oil soaked and barely cooked. The eggs had way too much milk and in dire need of salt and pepper. Bacon was half cooked and the sausage links for something you find at your kid's school cafeteria. The quality of the breakfast was something you would expect as complimentary at your local Holiday inn
it was an extreme let down. Apparently there was severely understaffed and we were told that multiple times by Erica our waitress. The table next to us sat down and ordered about 10 to 15 minutes after us and got there food and drinks within a few minutes, while we were still waiting for our food. Very POOR service. I have food allergies and asked if anything I was ordering had any monosodium glutamate, due to my allergies to it and was told that the meat came on a slab. I never received an answer.
