Quaint Irish pub right on 8th street with outdoor and indoor seating. Interior styled like an Irish pub with dark woods and paneled walls and ceiling. Great selection of Irish favorites and American standards. We got Shepard's Pie and a Reuben with a Guiness Black & Tan beer. Outdoor seating has a mix of tree coverage, umbrella coverage, and open tables. Restrooms are in the basement, but there is an accessible elevator available. My husband and I sat for 10-15 minutes before being addressed. Had to ask for a waitress and she took our order five minutes later. Sat for 20 more minutes for a total of 35 minutes without being served a drink or anything so we walked out. We really wanted to like this place and we were excited to try it. We live over three hours away. Would not recommend.
My brother and I enjoyed a delicious dinner tonight. He had the Caesar Salad with grilled chicken, which looked quite tasty. He said it was very fresh. I had the Trinity grilled chicken sandwich and it so good...as usual. Our waiter was Fernando and he took great care of us. He was friendly and attentive. Another good experience at this cozy and very quaint restaurant in Holland! P..S.: It's also great that they play Irish music, lending a nice touch to the overall experience.
