I always enjoy getting my curls taken care of at curl ambassadors. Only down side is the cost. I find it quite costly. The money I spent was spa type price without the spa treatment. They didn’t even have water to offer their client while my hair was being processed. If they plan to continue to increase the price it would be nice to increase the experience also. I had chosen the curl ambassadors hoping I could get a high quality haircut and be able to feel confident with my hair both straight and curly. My hair looked okay curly but I can not wear it straight or half up and down. I have chunks of hair missing all around with choppy layers that weren’t even blended. I was contacted by the manager from a different location and they had offered to give me another haircut by a seasoned stylist and unfortunately she even admitted there’s not much she could do. I was afraid of my curls and kept my hair straight for almost 20 years. Until the Curl Ambassadors saved by life! After many years and different haircuts and some colour, I still go back and am thrilled with the results each time. Kamie is knowledgeable and experienced with my type of hair, which was new for me!
