I asked for a layered cut and thinning of the top of my hair and got a puffy heart shape with no thinning. Was offered an edit and my hair got completely messed up :( I now have an uneven cut without proper transitions, this is one of the worst experiences I've had. Curl Ambassadors proved to be a waste of my resources sadly.
If you have type 4 hair don’t bother going here.
My curls are doing amazing! They did bounce up a little more than I thought but they still looked great! Experience was amazing as usual, Randa is so amazing!
