Cara was so good at point in pointing out things that I didn't see and offering great ideas on how to change my way of thinking! I've been to a lot of therapists and it's so nice to find ones that are truly helpful.
Cara is wonderful! When I started talking with her my mental health was...not good. She is ever so patient, non judgmental (which is really what i was looking for! Just someone to vent to in order to help me work through messy life) and when we really got into our sessions I felt like I could talk to her for hours! 10/10 recommend!
