Nurse Ann was wonderful! This was my first time using Drip Hydration (or a service like this, for that matter) and it was surprisingly straightforward - it was easy to book an appointment and the whole process was quite convenient. Nurse Ann was friendly and professional and happy to answer all of my questions throughout. She seems to genuinely enjoy what she does which is very reassuring, especially for a newbie.
My husband and I were feeling ill and run down from traveling. We were staying in San Francisco and decided to try The Cure IV -we wanted to enjoy our two more days there. The service was remarkably simple to schedule- the hotel where we stayed accommodated a visit from Heather, the nurse who administered the IV. She was knowledgeable and friendly. The results exceeded my expectation. Thank you so much for being there. You made a big difference in our vacation time.
We booked an appointment for IV treatment. First, they called and said that their nurse is running late. at the time of our appointment they said that they cannot find a provider. terrible customer service.
They saved me after being super dehydrated and unable to eat/drink anything. The nurse and NP were super helpful and kind, came over really quickly, and gave me exactly what I needed to finally feel better. Best experience when I was feeling really terrible. Thank you!
*fear of needles* I had an amazing experience with Crystal. She really understood the process and made sure I was comfortable before, during, and after. I received the myers cocktail and the initial injection was painless, and the process began immediately. During the procedure Crystal provided so much information as she is a wealth of knowledge in this field.
