Robin is so knowledgeable about curly hair and was so willing to share her knowledge. You know she’s a real one when you are here to do more expensive treatments and spend money on products but she keeps it real about your hair quality and gives you what you need instead of what you want! She could’ve taken advantage of me but didn’t. She was reassuring and made me feel better about my loosening curls. I’m very disappointed in this company. I made an appointment in late December and paid a deposit 4 months in advance (April) and then shortly after lost my job due to covid. Less than a week later (Jan 2) I contacted them about canceling and getting $40 deposit back and they flat out refused. I had to attempt contacting them 4 times before getting a response and that took over a month. They have 3 months to book and yet they refuse to refund the deposit. Robin was amazing!!!!! I have been looking for a curly hair specialist for the past two years, I am so glad I found her! She gave me some really great pointers for starting on my hair care journey and also a really great trim. Best experience i've ever had.

I had an amazing experience with Robin!! She listened to my hair goals, took her time, was professional and friendly and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I was nervous but she immediately made me feel welcome and safe being in her hands. I love my new cut and so does every one else!! Will def be back for touch ups :-))
