The cupboard has always been my go-to head shop in the northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area. Even from 600 miles away in North Carolina, I still received the best customer service and help this morning from Nikki. She answered all my questions to the best of her ability and even sent me pictures to help me out. The oldest head shop in the United States, and the best customer service hands down!

Overseas shipping costs are a joke, management are plain rude. Go buy your pieces from a real heady shop that way you won't get ripped off.

For the first time in over 15 years I stopped in this evening for a bit of nostalgia. The gentleman working was pleasant and welcoming, just as i remembered all the employees before him. The selection of glass has grown tremendously but was a bit disappointed with the t-shirt selection. I don't expect an establishment that has survived 70 years to continue with an exact business model as trends and consumer needs change but I do miss the 90's tees that the store held up front.
