I absolutely LOVE this gym! From the moment walking, I felt welcomed and supported. Everyone is so kind, and the atmosphere is unlike any other — it’s open, uplifting, and filled with positivity. This place is amazing! The equipment is top notch and locker room is always clean! The absolute best tho' are the people who there...they are so patience and kind. They are focused on understanding the right exercises for you no matter what age! I am almost 60 years old and my favorite thing to do is go in at 6 am and walk the area where they train future football players and the such. It's a great place to go exercise and feel comfortable and at peace. A place where you can focus on you and be blessed at the same time!
