Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for all members, no matter their ability, to increase their strength and fitness, and make lifelong friends in the process. we pride ourselves on having some of the most qualified and experienced trainers in Sydney. From our group session coaches, personal trainers and pilates instructors, our friendly team is there to help you train safely and achieve your goals.

Great gym, even greater people - very welcoming, and the classes cater to all fitness & skill levels. The space is massive to allow for both the class work and for doing your own thing - has kept me motivated throughout the colder and low energy days, would highly recommend
