I think it's one of the worst designed mall parking garages I've seen so far. Just yesterday I pulled into a reserved parking area in a stall to wait for a friend to drive around so I can fallow him to where we needed to park. While I was waiting this Chinese lady walked over and started to yell at me not to park. I asked if she worked in the mall and she said no.
