I can’t begin to sing enough praise for this business. It’s truly one of the few remaining businesses who care about the customer. I ordered an engraved award from the crystal cave on a pretty short notice, and they rushed to get the item to me. They shipped the item via FedEx, but FedEx did everything in their power to try and stop us from receiving this award in time for a gathering we were holding. Their team did a great job of supplying engraved trophies and glassware for our club awards. Worked to fit within our budget. Ready on time, no surprises and everything looked great.
Jenny & Kevin were a delight to work with and they helped us with the design and made sure we got the award on time. They had very nice pieces to choose from and we would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.
