A truly magical place to shop for custom gifts and trophies. Impeccable craftsmanship. They also do a great job with crystal repairs. I've had antique crystal decanters and coupe glasses repaired here and they did a wonderful job.
I can’t begin to sing enough praise for this business. It’s truly one of the few remaining businesses who care about the customer. I ordered an engraved award from the crystal cave on a pretty short notice, and they rushed to get the item to me. They shipped the item via FedEx, but FedEx did everything in their power to try and stop us from receiving this award in time for a gathering we were holding.
