Katy was amazing! She called me prior to our first meeting and really took the time to understand my style and the vibe of our wedding. She had dresses preselected and was able to pivot in the moment to find exactly what I was looking for without pressuring me. If you are looking for exceptional service and quality to match the Crystal Bride is the place!
I cannot say enough positive things about Crystal Bride. Katy was amazing from start to finish. She called me prior to the appointment to get a feel for our wedding vision and what I was wanting in a dress. She had pulled my dream dress before we even got there! We had so much fun during the appointment, i’m absolutely obsessed with my dress and everyone there was so kind and attentive.
The Crystal Bride was FANTASTIC - a gorgeous space, super helpful staff, wonderful dress selection. Katy was in particular a wonderful stylist - kind, helpful, and so thoughtful.
The crystal bride and specifically Erika are so incredible! I went in for my appointment and she was so receptive to all my ideas and answered all my questions. On our pre-appointment call she was so excited to hear my vision for my dress and she NAILED IT. I ended up trying on 7 dresses total and the 4th one was the one! Every single dress she picked out for me was beautiful and all of them had aspects I loved! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone.
