I had the most amazing experience with Erika today! She helped me find my dream dress and was so patient with me! This was my second bridal appointment and at my first one at a different store I didn’t have the best experience, so I was nervous going into today, but the vibes in there made me so comfortable and I couldn’t recommend the Crystal Bride and Erika more!
I had the greatest experience at Crystal Bride!! C.C. was an amazing consultant and listened so well to what I wanted. She had dresses pulled for me before I arrived, but also allowed me to shop around myself. I was anxious to make a decision, but she was so supportive and helped me find a dress I love and feel confident in. Her priority was in my experience, rather than just making a sale. I could not recommend Crystal Bride enough!
Amazing experience at The Crystal Bride. Firstly, I mixed up the appointment timing and ended up being alittle late but they were so understanding. Erika was fantastic! She reached out a few days ahead of time to get an idea of what I was looking for and had dresses already pulled when I arrived. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They even pulled some dresses in my color scheme to make sure I liked it with the dress because it was not pure white! Will be recommending them to all my future bride friends.
Working with C.C. was such a dream. You made the entire process of creating my wedding dress feel effortless, fun, and truly personal. I felt so supported and understood every step of the way — and the end result was better than I ever imagined 🤍 Thank you for making such a special time in my life even more magical!
