So many people suggested to shop at Crystal Bride to find my dress and I am so glad they did! The shop has a positive and welcoming energy. I worked with Katy twice and she was truly so kind and went above and beyond for me each time. As a plus size bride, dress shopping was a bit intimidating, but Katy made me feel so comfortable and confident. So happy with my experience and am obsessed with my dress!!
Recently purchased my dress from Crystal Bride and it was a wonderful experience! I worked with Katy, who was not only knowledgeable but also very friendly, warm, and encouraging. I absolutely LOVED coming to The Crystal Bride!!! Jess was the absolute BEST. She really paid attention to all of my inspo pics and picked the PERFECT dress. Katy was fantastic! In addition to having great customer service skills, she absolutely aced finding my dream dress by the 2nd dress I tried on. Not only did she understand my vision, but she totally delivered on the shorter time constraints with my ceremony & kept me under budget. I was very impressed with Katy & she’s a true professional.
