Found my wedding dress here and had the best experience! Katy was my stylist and she was amazing. She had 4 dresses ready for me to try on when I got there and when I wanted to see more, she knew exactly which ones to grab based on my feedback. I ended up picking the first one I tried on because it was so perfect and exactly what I wanted! I had a great experience at Crystal Bride! Jessica was wonderful to work with!! I was a little nervous starting out, but she made the whole process feel more comfortable and I was able to find my dress! Their selection of dresses are beautiful. I recommend checking them out!

I had already been to multiple other stores with no luck but this was my best experience and had the greatest selection too! Due to a winter storm, I had to come in early and got to work with the owner, Nancy. She was so fun and has the cutest dog helper as well! I felt listened to and got to try on many beautiful dresses and finally found “the one”! Erika was so wonderful and skilled at picking dresses that I’d like based on our phone call, asking questions to narrow down what other dresses I should try, and being encouraging the whole way though! I purchased a beautiful gown that she picked for me to try based on what I liked/disliked about the other dresses & even lower than my budget! The environment was excellent, personalized, and made me feel so special. I would absolutely recommend going to The Crystal Bride for future brides to pick their dresses!
