I got a ponytail with a bang while I was there she couldn't get my bang right and after the 5th try I told her that was okay the ponytail looked okay but when I got home and took it down I realized that she had put all this glue on my real hair to wrap the ponytail and now it's taking me forever to get this glue out of my hair and is taking some of my hair out

I’ll give this hairstylist a two star because the hairstyle that I booked for did not last. I booked a silk press. I got my hair done on Friday and took the proper care for the style just for it to last for 4 days. I bought the recommended products to also maintain the style. I’ve had many silk press done in the past that have lasted longer than this.This is truly disappointing because I spent $140 on this style and I was actually looking forward to the appointment.
Crystal was very polite and professional. She offered a very clean and inviting atmosphere. She addressed the needs and current state of my hair and how to move forward beyond the service I had just received. She started off the service with a shampoo and condition (that is included along with the hair) that left my scalp feeling extremely clean. Her prices are very reasonable and her talent speaks for itself. I was very pleased with the service and the atmosphere Crystal provided. I will be returning.
1000/10 would recommend. Very attentive to detail and makes sure that you get exactly what you want when it comes to the final product of your hair.
