Kourtney is amazing! I have been doing personal training with her for over two years and this is the best shape I have ever been in. I’ve spent my whole life playing tennis and working out and I have never had a better trainer! She pushes me, motivates me and makes working out fun. She truly understands what workouts target the muscles I want to focus on. I can’t say enough good things about her!!!
Kourtney is absolutely amazing. She has transformed my skin with chemical peels, some magical "pen" (it is incredible at breaking up dark spots), Cryo & IPL. I look younger & even my teenagers noticed the difference in how I look! I have had facials everywhere from Boston, NY, NJ, DC, & VA, and Kourtney is hands down the best. Also, she is easy to talk to, very kind & has the best recommendations in the area for us newbies.
The Cryo Chick is a hidden gem! Very posh setting with 5 Star treatments available. I make it a point to return every 4 weeks, because I can't get enough of Kourtney's ability to bring my skin to new heights, again, and again! Next stop is testing the Cryo on other parts of my body, and I can't wait to see the results:) This is a must for both pampering, and changing the look and feel of all that you are wanting to accomplish.
