We had a great experience with Kris and his Red Team with a Norwegian Cruise. Kris did a great job of spending time with us to understand our preferences, timing, requirements, etc., and came back with several cruise experiences to choose from. Once we had our ship, timing, and destination choice, he did a wonderful job getting us a room and deal that would be cost effective but also meet all of our demands! Tried to get a response from agent or supervisor, no reply. Was given a much higher price than princess with 4 times the non refundable deposit than princess wants. Something is wrong here. BE CAREFUL!
Do Not use this company!!!!! I booked a cruise for 6 people on this site. The agent never got me any perks even though I sent her many email about the offers. The price of my cabin went down. By the time I spoke to her that price was gone. I could have done better by myself. Bridget Martin is not someone I would ever deal with again
