We used Chad Cushman and his partner, Jason Gomez, to cater our Quad Cities wedding on September 12th. The food and service was phenomenal. We got so many comments that it was "the best wedding food I've ever had," and I agreed! We wanted something outside the box, and the food stations they created for us were beyond our expectations. You can find his food truck Cushman's Food and Engine at the farmer's market on Saturdays. I recommend going down and enjoy the market and getting a crepe or two from him. He has a sweet and a savory on hand. He is extremely friendly and excellent craftsman.
