Effective today I would like to Tender my resignation from Crown Ridge Health Services. I am no longer able to work in a toxic environment, run by a narcissist, where bullying seems to be promoted and allowed based on the bullies relationship to management and owners. In my lifetime I have worked for several major Canadian corporations as well as two Municipal Govvernment Offices. I have never worked in a place so poorly run and managed.
