All of the staff were wonderful with my Mom. They were so patient and kind to her, especially during her last weeks. I believe there are angels working there. Thank you for all you do every day.

I would like to thank the entire team at Crown Ridge Trenton for their outstanding care and compassion for my mom, Linda, during her stay. We could see and feel the level of elevated care and attention, she truly became attached to many workers and's nurses. Nurse staffing ratio is very unsafe practice. Only two nurses at night for the retirement home. They don't have their own doctor. Meds are given way too early and these clients don't get enough sleep. Often RPNs are exhausted and have no breaks. Poor management and the place is crumbling.
