My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM. The stylist claimed it was scheduled for 9 AM. I questioned her again, and she told me that because I was late, I had to leave and she had already charged me a fee. Upon recovering from the humiliation, I found my appointment which was for 9:30 AM!!! I tried calling to clarify and sent screenshots to the salon. I haven’t received any apology; just high charges for “no show.” The website states $45, but mine are $67.28? I won’t be returning.
