Absolutely terrible service. I have been with this office since I was a child. But, once Dr. Gornall retired and they moved up into the Lerwick complex the practice has really gone downhill. If you are a new patient searching for an office I suggest you look elsewhere. Every time I have made an appointment with them, it’s a minimum 30 minutes late before I am even seated in an exam room (30-50 minutes behind every time I’ve gone in). Dr ingrey illegally removed a file to cover up poor actions and abused a disabled person based on gossip as well as failed to treat severe anemia and missed a dangerous blood disorder and did not follow basic medical practise standards.
Good doctors but TERRIBLE receptionist!! If you can find another clinic in the valley, I would highly recommend going elsewhere and saving yourself the hassle of dealing with the receptionist at this clinic… you’ll know the one should you ever have the misfortune of dealing with her. Be warned!
