Next to the rugby club and a short walk from the station. Well priced pints with a vaity of live music The rooms are nice but its an old building and as such it has the usual problems of damp and mold. Bed was spotless and conformable. Room was fine had kettle, water, tea coffee and biscuits. Great location .
I booked a night at the pub due to needing a place to stay near work for early start. I walked up to the pub and thought OhMydays what have I booked. Then Got into my room and it was riddled with rising damp and mould. The shower was absolutely vile. I refused to stay and asked for a refund. To call this a three star establishment is diabolical. I wouldn't even class it as 1 star. Bleak damp and rotten. Don't book here run from it. Spend a bit more for a better place else where. Respect yourself and your health
Bathroom had mould and door didn’t close. Room was clean, bed was horrible. Staff were good.
